Quest Digital is looking for a Digital Strategy Manager for the Ohio Division. Quest Digital is a marketing agency that gets as excited about the journey as we do the destination. Help lead Quest Digital in continued growth through various programmatic digital marketing tactics for our robust client portfolio, as well as serve as strategic lead for website builds. Be a critical thinker who wants to engage in hands-on work within client accounts. Manage their own client portfolio. This critical hire, with the help of the Director of Digital Strategy, will always have the client’s goals in mind when building, running, optimizing and monitoring multi-platform paid campaigns and websites. This is a key position on the Ohio Division leadership team and will play a pivotal role in the successful future of the division.


Ideal candidate has experience within one or all of the following: paid social, SEM/PPC, Display ads, email marketing, website builds and analytics tools.


Paid Social

  • Create digital campaigns in Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn Advertising and other platforms
  • Set up, activate and monitor social media campaigns
  • Coordinate with clients to collect ad materials and targeting metrics
  • Report on campaign activity and effectiveness



  • Build, implement and report on search engine marketing campaigns using tools like Google Ads
  • Identify areas for campaign optimization
  • Report on campaign activity and effectiveness
  • Assist in keyword development and geographic targeting


Programmatic Display

  • Build, implement and report on display ad campaigns
  • Identify areas for campaign optimization
  • Report on campaign activity and effectiveness
  • Coordinate with clients to collect ad materials and targeting metrics


Email Marketing

  • Help clients leverage the power of email marketing to meet their goals
  • Set up and administer geographic and demographic targeting for email sends
  • Report on effectiveness of email campaigns



  • Regularly monitor campaigns and website activity using various reporting tools
  • Use data to identify anomalies and ensure campaigns are running within predetermined parameters
  • Compile client reports by pulling analytical data
  • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators for client key audiences
  • Produce monthly reports for assigned clients


Website Build

  • Serve as strategic lead in identifying website and client needs
  • Help clients through the build process
  • Hold accountable various internal and external stakeholders in delivering client needs



  • Direct experience working with marketing teams or digital marketing projects
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills including ability to prioritize tasks
  • Systematic and process-oriented mentality
  • Basic familiarity with digital marketing platforms
  • Understanding of the marketing funnel


  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing, advertising, public relations or other mass media
  • An independent self-starter who can take charge and work well within a team
  • Must work well in a deadline-driven, quickly changing environment
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and priorities
  • A desired understanding of the Travel and Tourism market.
